Our Infrastructure

With its strong technical base, RMCPL is driven by the in-house development of green technologies. All the operations are professionally managed by highly experienced and skilled staff.

We have developed a sound infrastructure at Panoli, Gujarat (India), which is stretched across 21 acres of lush green area. This infrastructure is divided into different sections and each section is complete with ultramodern machinery. These assets help us operate the manufacturing of the MnSO4 solution in a hassle-free and efficient way.

Our Laboratory

Our Laboratory

We have a strict Quality Management System at our state-of-the-art laboratory. The manufacturing functions under the guidelines of a regulatory body such as FAMI-QS with well-established quality assurance.

  • Quality Control Laboratory is equipped with:
    • – Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer)
    • – Gas Chromatograph (Agilent)
    • – UV Spectrophotometer (Jasco)
    • – Other routine analytical instruments
  • All raw materials and finished goods are tested as per laid down procedures
  • In-process quality control as per set norms
  • All materials are tested prior to dispatch as per set norms
  • Standardization of chemicals as per set frequency for analysis
  • Calibration of laboratory instruments as per defined frequency
  • In-house facility for testing of heavy metals viz. Lead, Arsenic, Mercury & Cadmium

Our QC department works very closely with our customers to ensure all the procedures are followed as per SOPs and all parameters are checked and adhered to. This has resulted in 100% compliance and no rejections.

We also have adequate covered storage space for storing our raw material and our finished products.
